Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead full lifecycle implementation of the ServiceNow BCM module (requirements gathering deployment post-go-live support).
Conduct workshops, perform Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), and gather business, functional, and technical requirements.
Configure and customize BCM module (forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, automated reporting).
Integrate BCM with other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, ITOM) and third-party systems via APIs/web services.
Develop & execute UAT, integration, and regression test cases.
Create system documentation, process flows, training materials, and conduct workshops.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

3+ years of ServiceNow development & implementation experience, with 2+ years on GRC/IRM suite (BCM module preferred).
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow core platform, CMDB architecture, and JavaScript scripting (client & server side).
Solid understanding of business continuity, disaster recovery, BIAs, RTOs, RPOs, and crisis management.
Certifications:
Required:
ServiceNow CSA;
Desired:
ServiceNow GRC BCM Implementer, CBCP.
