We are looking for a ServiceNow Senior Developer to join our team and help us deliver innovative solutions for our airline. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and integrations. You will also collaborate with other developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure the quality and performance of the solutions. Role & responsibilities Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and REST/SOAP APIs. Implement and configure ServiceNow features such as workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, data policies, client scripts, ACLs, notifications, reports, and dashboards. Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and platforms using MID server, web services, email, and other methods. Perform unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing of ServiceNow solutions. Debug and troubleshoot issues and defects in ServiceNow code and configuration. Document and maintain technical specifications and user guides for ServiceNow solutions. Provide technical support and guidance to end users and other stakeholders. Follow best practices and standards for ServiceNow development and administration. Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and enhancements. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. At least 6 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, modules, and applications. Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, and REST APIs. Experience in creating and modifying workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards using ServiceNow tools and scripting. Experience in using ServiceNow APIs, integrations, and web services. Experience in using ServiceNow Studio, Update Sets, and Application Scoping. Certification in ServiceNow System Administrator, Application Developer, or Implementation Specialist is a plus.
