As a Servicedesk Retail professional at our exclusive IT client in Bangalore, you will be responsible for providing support in various retail IT procedures. Your key responsibilities will include: - Troubleshooting POS Terminals - Supporting Kiosks - Assisting with Store Opening/Closing IT Procedures - Managing Inventory Management Systems - Providing support for Barcode Scanners - Assisting in Retail ERP Support (Oracle, SAP Retail, etc.) - Supporting Omni-Channel Retail operations - Setting up and rolling out Store IT infrastructure - Providing IOS (Point of Sale) Support - Offering Retail Systems Support To qualify for this role, you should have 3.2 to 5.6 years of experience in retail IT support.
