Servicedesk associate - L1 Technical Guidance

NTT DATA is looking to hire a Servicedesk Associate - L1 Technical Guidance to join their team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India. As a Senior Service Desk Associate, you will be responsible for advising and assisting users over the phone, chat, and email to solve problems related to hardware, software, networks, and peripherals. You will use available technology and internal processes & procedures to diagnose, research, and resolve user issues, ensuring maximum uptime for all users. Your role will involve managing customer interactions, recording reported issues in the ITSM, identifying issues, applying fixes, and investigating root causes using internal instructions. You will provide technical guidance in activities related to problem-solving, screen and diagnose internal inquiries and work requests, and act as a liaison between customers and departments within the organization to resolve system problems accurately and timely. Key skills required for this role include ideally having a university education, preferably a technical degree or Microsoft certifications, awareness of Microsoft Operating Systems, local and Hybrid (Office and Remote) administration, and Microsoft Office applications. Experience in providing Hybrid (Office and Remote) IT support is an advantage. You should have the ability to analyze and solve problems, excellent communication and customer service skills, fluency in the English language, and flexibility to work shifts if required.
