Job Description

Your role as a Training Manager will involve utilizing your management skills to impart classroom trainings and maintain certification levels in workshops. You will be responsible for continuously monitoring training certification trainings, preparing training calendars, and coordinating with external agencies to boost external trainers and upgrade content. Additionally, you will gather training feedback, make periodic improvements, and monitor employee work morale and performance. Collaborating with external agencies, you will design and create training content while ensuring the maintenance of regional training infrastructure. Your role will also involve conducting Graduation Days at tie-up institutes to absorb manpower into workshops. You will be required to generate monthly reports on certification, man-days, RTC utilization, retention, and provide management reporting. Furthermore, you will coordinate dealer manpower skill development and competition coordination, as well as be responsible for creating new training academies at dealer locations. Overall, your contribution will play a crucial role in enhancing training effectiveness and employee performance within the organization.,
