A Home Appliance Service Technician is responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing household appliances such as washing machines, refrigerators, microwaves, and other electronic home equipment. The role includes diagnosing faults, replacing parts, ensuring proper functioning, and providing excellent customer service.

Diagnose issues in appliances like washing machines, refrigerators, Dishwasher, Microwaves and Dryers.

• Perform repairs, part replacements, and routine maintenance.

• Install new appliances and explain operating instructions to customers.

• Follow safety procedures and use tools and testing equipment correctly.

• Maintain service records, job sheets, and customer feedback.

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding issues, repair costs, and timelines.

• Ensure cleanliness of the work area and handle appliances carefully.

• Coordinate with service managers, spare parts departments, and customer support teams.
