Job Description

We are hiring a Service Technician to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, testing, diagnosing, and repairing equipment malfunctions in a timely and efficient manner. This is a hands-on role that requires strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, test, and interpret results to identify root causes of equipment issues.
Repair or replace faulty components using appropriate tools, techniques, and manufacturer guidelines.
Ensure all service activities are carried out safely and in compliance with company and industry standards.
Maintain accurate service logs, repair records, and equipment history reports.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding service work, timelines, and preventive maintenance tips.
Submit detailed service reports after each appointment or service call.
Collaborate with the technical and support teams for complex issue resolution.
