Job Responsibilities Providing the service to the customer as per service Policy To collect Customer Feedback Handling Replacement Claims Handling Service Warranty Claims Rectifying the defective units Handling Dealers & Distributors units Defective Spares sending to HO on time Indent for Required Spares Planning the maximum complaints on the same root Avoiding repeat visits to same complaint Should be ready to handle both Nellore and Prakasam district on call basis Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Ongole, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: total work: 4 years (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 100% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
