Job Title: Service Technician / Home Appliances & Electronics
Location: Ernakulam, Kerala

We are looking for an experienced Service Technician with strong expertise in the Home Appliances & Electronics field. The candidate must have more than 2 years of hands-on experience in repairing and servicing LED TVs, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Air Conditioners, and other electronic appliances. The role requires technical proficiency, quality workmanship, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair home appliances and electronic products.
• Manage warranty and non-warranty service tasks.
• Perform testing, verification, and quality checks before delivery.
• Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.
• Complete assigned work on time and follow daily service schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
• More than 2 years of experience in servicing Home Appliances & Electronics (TV, Washing Machine, etc.) — mandatory.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with good knowledge of circuits, PCBs, and testing tools.
• Ability to handle field service and workshop repairs efficiently.
• Professional behaviour, discipline, and good communication skills.
