Position Summary

The Service Supervisor will be responsible for managing the service team, ensuring efficient operations, and delivering excellent customer experiences. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily service center operations, ensuring adherence to quality and efficiency standards.
• Plan and allocate work to technicians based on workload and priorities.
• Monitor service schedules and ensure timely completion of jobs.

Customer Service:

• Address customer queries and concerns, providing timely resolutions.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through consistent service quality.
• Communicate service details, costs, and timelines effectively to customers.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma/ITI/Graduate in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 1 years in a supervisory role in an automobile service center (two-wheeler experience preferred).
