SERVICE-SPEZIALIST (M/W/D)

Role Overview: As a Service Specialist at SORG, you will be responsible for conducting installations of SORG deliveries in coordination with the customer, independently resolving issues both domestically and internationally. You will also oversee and inspect the work of external companies on construction sites, coordinate and monitor material deliveries, conduct service visits with proper documentation, and perform minor repairs on-site. Depending on the site, you may also take on leadership roles and participate in the commissioning of plant components. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct installations of SORG deliveries in collaboration with customers, independently troubleshoot issues (both domestically and internationally) - Coordinate and inspect the work of external companies on construction sites - Manage and oversee material deliveries on construction sites - Perform service visits, document findings, and if needed, conduct minor repairs on-site - Assume leadership roles depending on the site - Commission plant components Qualifications Required: - Completed vocational training as an energy electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or equivalent - Preferably a technician or master's degree with mechanical engineering knowledge - Professional experience in switchgear construction or machine installation, familiarity with Siemens S5/S7 software - Proficiency in English - Ideally, knowledge of the glass industry - Independent and flexible work approach Additional Details: At SORG, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously in an interesting field.
