Role: Service Process Controller Experience : 3-5 Years Location: Pune. Shift: 24x7 Shift Requirement : Knowledge Management, ITIL V3 Foundation. Responsibilities: The Knowledge Manager will be responsible for identification, documentation, storing and maintenance of the knowledge. The Knowledge Manager which will be responsible for end to end management of Knowledge Article lifecycle Planned, preventive and recurring reviews. The candidate who can evaluate if the information and data gathered are sufficient to fulfil the knowledge request and organize the approval of knowledge articles Review knowledge articles which will be published in the Knowledge Repository by Knowledge Manager A Knowledge Manager will also collect feedback about the usefulness of the Knowledge Article Drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the Knowledge Management process Updating and maintaining of the process related work instructions Make recommendations for process improvements.
