You will be responsible for managing workshop-related activities, focusing on service procedures and servicing activities to increase customer satisfaction levels. Your duties will include attending to customer complaints on top priority, analyzing the origin of repeat complaints on vehicles, and implementing and monitoring system modifications based on customer feedback. Additionally, you will be conducting internal audits of spare parts, AMC, warranty, and free service, as well as monitoring warranty & AMC, planning tool room audits on a monthly basis, and monitoring service reminders, feedback, and advance booking records. In this role, you will be required to coordinate with OEM dealers and engineers, eliminate OEM complaints, investigate complicated cases, and communicate with the service headquarters regarding major product failures. You will also be responsible for educating customers and technicians on new product modifications, circulars, bulletins, and updates to the service system, as well as providing technical literature. Furthermore, you will oversee packing management for parts, warranty failed parts, documents, and tools. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund. The work location will be in person.,
