Service Operations Lead

As a professional contributing to technology delivery for business systems, platforms, and processes, your key responsibilities will include: - Partnering with business stakeholders and TT Strategic Business Partners for demand analysis, solution proposal/evaluation, and funding estimates. - Delivering professional Rapid-Prototyping and Demand engagements to help stakeholders understand how the platform ecosystem capabilities can meet business needs. - Ensuring on-time, within budget, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of portfolio/respective engagements. - Engaging with chosen SI Partners to deliver business value effectively. - Designing enterprise-grade Solution Design and Architecture with a focus on re-usability, configurability, and scalability. - Ensuring top-class engineering delivery, code management, DevSecOps management, and automation for highest efficiency. - Running efficient DevSecOps for platforms, products, or systems to ensure availability and optimal performance. - Keeping up with industry trends and practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness. - Designing and deploying new solutions and services while considering the overall user experience. - Adhering to Security and Compliance policies, as well as other Novartis guidelines and standards. Key Performance Indicators for this role will include: - Delivery on agreed KPIs with a focus on business impact. - Launching innovative technology solutions across Novartis at scale. - Generating business impact and value from TT solutions. - Adoption and development of Agile, Productization, and DevSecOps practices. - Ensuring operations stability and effective risk management. - Collecting feedback on customer experience. In terms of minimum requirements, you should have experience in: - Project Management - People Leadership - Industry/Business Exposure - Working in a multi-national context and across countries - Strategy Development - Collaborating across boundaries Your skills should include: - Change management - Management of Ambiguity and Uncertainty - IT Systems Integration - Agile methodologies Proficiency in English language is essential for this role.,
