Manage day-to-day operation and allocate resources effectively. Ensure all work is performed in compliances with regulatory guidelines. Address and resolve employee, customer or operational issues in timely and effective manner. Identify skill gap and create development plans for team members. What You Will Do Coordinate ICT Operations across KOKO offices in Kenya.
