Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, support, or a related field. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other customer service tools. Multitasking Ability: Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
