Roles & Responsibilities: Spearhead the design and enhancement of customer service experiences on Salesforce, ensuring they align with client objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: Proven track record in consulting roles, with strong skills in client management, strategic planning, and solution delivery. Extensive experience in one or more industries, with the ability to translate industry needs into Salesforce solutions. Proven ability to develop strong business cases and value propositions for Salesforce solutions. Strong background in pre-sales, including the ability to craft and present compelling value propositions. Demonstrate expertise in managing stakeholder expectations and actively resolving issues and risks, serving as the governance point of contact to ensure project success. Ability to work in high-paced and complex projects and understand industry-specific customer service processes, operations, and functional needs. Additional Information: Minimum 5 years of experience working on Salesforce CRM platform (Nice to have exposure to SAP CRM/ Microsoft Dynamics 365). Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities required. Must have worked on Proposals and contributed to business development work. Certification in one or more of the Salesforce solution areas:Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Field Service Lightning, CRM Analytics, etc. At least delivered 1-2 CRM transformation programs and MBA is preferred. Perform electrical works related to power quality analysis and ups system configuration. Conduct site visits to identify issues with existing UPS systems and recommend solutions. Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide customized solutions. Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints. Desired Candidate Profile 1-4 years of experience in service engineering or a related field (ups installation & commissioning). ITI certification in any specialization; knowledge of UPS systems expertise preferred. Strong understanding of electrical work principles and practices; ability to read blueprints/diagrams effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities Provide technical support for installation, commissioning, and after-sales service of industrial equipment and machinery. Conduct site visits to troubleshoot issues and resolve problems related to installation, maintenance, or repair of industrial equipment. Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions for improving productivity, efficiency, or reducing downtime. Develop strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely resolution of queries or complaints. Ensure compliance with safety regulations during site visits and maintain accurate records of work performed.

Key Responsibilities: Commissioning of CNC Turning and VMC machines to ensure proper installation and operation. Reading and interpreting electrical drawings for troubleshooting and maintenance tasks. Diagnosing and resolving breakdown issues on CNC Lathe and VMC machines efficiently. Working knowledge of Fanuc and Siemens CNC controllers. Ability to read and understand hydraulic and pneumatic circuit diagrams. Performing predictive and preventive maintenance to maximize machine uptime and reliability. Maintaining clear and effective communication with team members and management. Proficient in using computers, including MS Office applications for reporting and documentation. Willingness to travel as required and possess own transportation (bike).
