DME or ITI (Fitter, Motor / Diesel / Tractor Mechanic) Communication ability Customer handling ability Two-Wheeler & LMV Heavy Driving License Required Heavy Driving License Preferable Industrial Experience: Experience in onsite service and commissioning of special purpose machine / Heavy duty machine and interface with customer will be preferred. Onsite physical repairing work (Mechanical, Electricals, Pneumatic, Hydraulic & Chassis) experience required. Job Description: The service Mechanic/ Engineer is a part of the service department and is responsible for duties in Surat and in cities nearby like Bharuch, Vapi, Hazira Port, Ahmedabad, and Kandla Port. The Service Mechanic is responsible for taking care of vehicles during warranty, and after warranty support, spare sales, and repairing broken vehicles. The Service mechanic / Jr. Engineer should do repairing work at client location / on site by himself (Guidelines will be given by Headquarter whenever required) He needs to able Hindi communication and at least basic communication in English. From service Mechanic/ Engineer we expect accessibility, which means every time when the need comes person should be ready to assist the client. The duty is 100% remote, which means headquarters is in Pune and the service Mechanic/ Engineer is delegated and reports remotely by the team in Pune. A person should own a motorbike to be able to commute to remote locations within range of action.
