Service Engineer - Genset Industry

With a maximum of 6 years of work experience, you will have the opportunity to grow within a company known for its technical excellence in diesel generator sets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform routine maintenance and servicing of diesel generator sets to ensure high performance and reliability. - Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with gensets, providing solutions for prompt functionality restoration. - Conduct electrical diagnostics and repairs to maintain safety and efficiency in operations. - Execute preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment downtime and enhance longevity. - Install and wire control panels according to required specifications for various gensets. - Oversee the commissioning process and ensure the equipment meets operational standards. - Respond to emergency service requests, offering timely solutions to minimize operational interruptions. - Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and consistently deliver service excellence. **Qualifications and Skills:** - Proficiency in diesel generator maintenance with hands-on experience in handling various gensets. - Strong troubleshooting abilities to effectively identify and resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime. - Sound knowledge of electrical diagnostics to ensure generators operate optimally and safely. - Experience in preventive maintenance to maintain and prolong the life of power equipment and reduce unexpected failures. - Proficiency in control panel wiring to ensure secure and organized connections for seamless operations. - Knowledgeable in commissioning to ensure accurate installation and configuration of generator sets. - Ability to work independently or as part of a team, managing multiple projects and service calls efficiently. - Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information to clients and team members.
