Job Description

Installation & Commissioning, Supervision at client site after dispatch. Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment problems at client s site through video call & personal visit at site. Analysing repetitive equipment problems at client site. Diagnosing breakdown problems and troubleshooting. Ensuring that the equipment is performing effectively and efficiently on the Client sites. Providing effective after sales services and maintaining the new as well as existing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). Maintaining the database for service reports and spare parts business. Reviewing purchase orders and issue tax invoices for service & sales of spare parts. Completing the commissioning and installation of machines at sites. Leading a team of technicians and service persons to manage the maintenance visits. Training to technicians and service persons for the site visits. Co-ordination and pre dispatch inspection for the quality along with Production Team. Sales work of Spare Parts to the existing clients. Travelling requirement shall be 60% to 70% Technical Skill & Key Strengths Ability to communicate with clients Effectively via emails, phone- calls, and Virtual Presentations. Ability to Build Strong Business Relationships at the highest level & with clients. Excellent Computer Skill including Microsoft word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook & reporting skills. Treating Customers and fellow employees with courtesy and respect. Willing to work flexible hours, including evening, Weekends and Holidays. Prepare and Deliver Executive level Presentations. Customer Service and Project management Skill. Can fit in quickly with any Existing Team. Helping to train up new members of the Technical after sales Team. Planning and Undertaking scheduled maintenance. Responding to breakdowns and diagnosing faults. Organizing teams to make sure 24-hour cover is available. Forecasting and sales of spare parts. Maintaining utilities as per demand of production Other Information Department Service Engineer / Sr. Service Engineer Qualifications Diploma / BE / B.tech in Electrical Language Proficiency English & Hindi (Must Require) , with Excellent Communication Skill Strong E-mail and telephonic communications skills, Replying in a Professional manner to Clients Queries
