Service Engineer for Ventilator

Role Overview As a Service Engineer for ventilators at Biocare Diagnostics, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing field service, offering technical support, and conducting maintenance and repair of ventilators. Your daily tasks will include diagnosing technical issues, performing preventative maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing excellent customer service to healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities - Utilize your troubleshooting and maintenance & repair skills effectively. - Provide field service and technical support to ensure smooth functioning of ventilators. - Demonstrate strong communication skills while interacting with healthcare professionals. - Work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently. - Experience with medical devices, particularly ventilators, is advantageous. Qualification Required - Possess troubleshooting and maintenance & repair skills. - Have experience in field service and technical support. - Exhibit strong communication skills to interact effectively with healthcare professionals. - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently. - Ideally, hold a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
