About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Terex equipment such as crushers, screens, and material processing machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing to enhance equipment longevity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients to address their technical needs and deliver timely service support.
• Maintain detailed documentation of service activities and equipment performance.
• Provide training and technical guidance to customers and their teams on machine operation and maintenance.
• Travel to on-site locations within the North East region to deliver on-site service and support.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical systems, and industrial machinery.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams and clients.
• Freshers/Trainee Engineers should have a strong eagerness to learn and participate in training programs.
