We are pushing the boundaries of the EV industry with our Direct Contact Liquid Cooling (DCLC) thermal management, integrated cell-to-pack (CTP) architecture, and proprietary dynamic charging algorithms running on a custom-engineered in-house battery management system. Home | Clean Electric New | Clean Electric: About | LinkedIn Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee the procurement, sourcing, and management of electrical and electronics commodities crucial to our battery pack production. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the supply chain process, including vendor management, material planning, and cost control in the electronics industry. Role Description and Key Responsibilities The role involves tasks including but not limited to - Service Process Management Oversee the repair and maintenance operations to ensure adherence to service quality standards. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service issues. Onsite battery rectification support for customers. Operations Management Monitor and manage inventory levels, including spare parts and tools, to ensure uninterrupted operations. Ensure that all equipment and tools are maintained in good working condition. Customer Satisfaction Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels through surveys and direct communication. Ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Compliance and Safety Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements. Ensure that all service processes and operations comply with company policies. Reporting and Analysis Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports on service center performance, customer satisfaction. Analyze service data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for growth. Develop action plans based on data insights to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Strategic Planning and Execution Participate in the development of strategic plans for service operations. Implement strategic initiatives and monitor their impact on service operations and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with senior management to align service center goals with overall company objectives. Desired Qualifications and Experience 3-5 Years of Experience in Battery Assembly Prior experience in customer service Preferred - Experience in the electric vehicle (EV) industry or battery manufacturing. Desired Skills and Attributes Excellent time management and operation management Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
