Position : Service Engineer (Field Service)

Exp : 2 - 5 years

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Location : Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai

Must work in : Boiler, Heat Exchangers, Compressor, Air Compressor, Screw Compressor, Pressure Vessels, Hvac, Chiller, Cooling tower, Chiller Plant, AIr Conditioning, Refrigerator.

1. Manage a regional service operation

2. Creation of opportunities by positioning the right product, based on those needs.

3. Manage the after-sales service processes from installation and commissioning of

new equipment, to handle warranty period service processes and activities.

4. Handle customer objections and complaints.

5. Support the regional sales team for pre-sales and to achieve new and repeat

business.

6. Manage Dealer Network across West/North.

7. Supervise and direct all dealer activities; including direct services sales comprising of

annual service contract, parts sale, etc. and conduct periodic dealer reviews for

process adherence

Critical Competencies for the Job:

1. Service Domain Knowledge for absorption chillers.

2. Good Communication and stakeholder management.

3. Good in Follow Up and moving the lead towards its closure.

4. Good Team Member and ability to work with cross functional team

5. Willingness to Travel in respective geographies
