Service Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities Provide after-sales service support to customers for medical equipment such as CT scanners, MRI machines, X-ray systems, C-arm devices, and other related products. Troubleshoot issues with installed base equipment and perform repairs or maintenance as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical queries and provide timely resolutions. Conduct site visits to inspect customer installations and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in after-sales service engineering or a related field (medical device industry preferred). Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electronics/Telecommunication. Strong understanding of electrical principles, electronics theory, and mechanical mechanics. Proficiency in working with various types of medical imaging equipment including CT scanners, MRI machines, X-ray systems, C-arm devices.
