Desirables : Candidate to be a Passionate Automobile enthusiast with ability to tailor training sessions to meet the varying skill levels of trainees, from beginners to experienced Technicians/Service Advisors/supervisors and other technical role holders in Dealer workshops/service centres. Prior Training Delivery experience in technical roles and with Flair for public speaking and zeal for new technologies in Automotive domain would be an added advantage KRA # Playing the role of Trainer # Understanding the entire Aftersales processes # Auditing the dealerships on workshop practices # Building action plans to bridge identified gaps # Training of Dealership Technicians on all Modules # Handholding of new joiners at Dealership Workshops/service centers # Enhance learning sustenance of Workshop technical manpower # Increase efficiencies at the Dealership Workshops # Governance and Adherence to best practices, processes, Analytics and MIS reporting # Review Data points On Aftersales DMS # Target Group: Technicians + Shopfloor personnel
