Service Desk Engineer L2

As an Analyst with Service Desk or Desktop Experience at Axiom Technologies, your role will involve coordinating a range of activities, from simple tasks to more complex plans. You will provide onsite and on-call assistance to end-users within the organization's desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate manner to ensure optimal service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Execute UAM tasks such as user creation, de-activation/deletion, modification, password reset, and lock/unlock user IDs of MFG Equipments/Instruments. - Perform Periodic User Access Review of Equipments/Instruments as per schedule. - Conduct Backup and Archival Activity of Equipments/Instruments on a monthly basis. - Execute Periodic Restoration activity of Equipments/Instruments as per schedule. Must have Skills: Service Desk Management Good to Have Skills: Service Desk Voice Support In this role, you will: - Take L2 Service Desk calls. - Respond to customer issues predominantly through voice, email, and chat. - Identify, investigate, and diagnose issues. - Provide resolutions to customers based on in-scope processes. - Follow the incident life cycle as defined by the process: log the incident, categorize and document, resolve or assign the incident to the relevant assignment group. - Achieve client and Accenture-defined targets. - Possess good communication skills. - Be willing to go the extra mile to resolve customer issues and deliver exceptional service.
