Service Design Analyst

As a Service Design Analyst at FIS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective service readiness, compliance, and operational acceptance of new technologies. Your responsibilities will include managing Service Design activities for one or more projects, communicating requirements to support teams, proactively identifying risks, and ensuring that the production support organization can meet business expectations. You will be responsible for organizing workshops, training sessions, and other activities to ensure effective service readiness, knowledge transfer, and support staffing capacity. Additionally, you will participate in internal and external audits, monitor and manage service capacity and availability, and build operational readiness through activities such as defining support models and communication channels. To be successful in this role, you should have 3 to 6 years of experience as a Service Design Analyst with compliance experience. You must be able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong background in ITIL Service Management, particularly in Service Design and/or Service Transition. Experience in fast-paced business environments, positive change initiatives, and building relationships with stakeholders is highly desirable. Experience in complex technology environments, preferably within Financial Services, knowledge of Servicenow, and familiarity with Project Management are considered added bonuses.
