Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily service and maintenance activities for HT & LT panels. Schedule preventive maintenance and emergency service jobs. Allocate tasks to service engineers and electricians based on skill and urgency. Track the progress of jobs and ensure timely completion with proper documentation. Communicate effectively with clients regarding service status, delays, and feedback. Maintain service records, panel test reports, and compliance checklists. Assist in preparing service reports, invoices, and technical documentation. Ensure adherence to safety protocols during field operations. Provide basic technical guidance using knowledge of electrical panel systems. Liaise with suppliers and vendors for parts, spares, and tools. Requirements: Diploma in Electrical Engineering. 2-3 years of experience in electrical service coordination, preferably with HT/LT systems. Good understanding of power distribution systems, switchgear, and control panels. Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills. Familiarity with electrical safety standards and service documentation. Proficient in MS Office and basic ERP/service management tools. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Attributes: Responsible, self-motivated, and professional attitude. Customer-focused with strong follow-up skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Experience in working with field technicians and clients directly.
