Job Discription:
· Services team heading, Monitoring, Planning and work allotment to team.
· Accessing and Analyzing of Service Support and Feedback.
· Responsible for the customer’s feedback for service.
· Prioritizing and dealing with the issues in a timely manner.
· Keeping track of the customer queries and make sure that the issues are resolved as early as possible.
· Responsible for maintaining Mindra EV charger sites.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
