JOB DESCRIPTION
Handling Mail Correspondence and Telephone Communication.
Schedule ,Organize and Track Appointments of Service Technicians ( Training will be given ).
Monitor Job progress to ensure timely completion.
Handling Quotation Preparations , Payment Follow up , Record keeping of Service calls and work order.
Track and manage service related materials , tools and inventory.
Handling inbound and outbound calls .
Organize the Travelling and to Arrange the Accommodation For Service Technicians .
