Description
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to meet business requirements. Your role will involve developing platform modules, dashboards, interfaces, and database functions using VisualForce and the Apex coding language. Additionally, you will implement and maintain Service Cloud functionalities such as case management, knowledge base, and service console customization. It is important to understand and utilize Salesforce strategies, technical standards, specifications, and policies within the Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize Apex programming language to develop custom functionality within the Salesforce platform. - Leverage Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning UI to enhance user experience and deliver modern, responsive interfaces. Integration: - Integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with external systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow. - Collaborate with integration teams to design and implement robust, scalable solutions. Custom Component Development: - Create custom Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Components to extend the standard functionality of Salesforce Service Cloud. - Design and develop custom Service Cloud solutions, including configuring features, building custom apps, and developing integrations with other systems. Service Cloud Optimization: - Optimize the performance of Salesforce Service Cloud through code enhancements and best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve any performance-related issues. - Experience with Governor limits performance optimization. Collaboration and Documentation: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for Service Cloud implementations. - Maintain comprehensive documentation for the Service Cloud solution, including design documents, code documentation, and deployment procedures. Mentorship, Leadership, and Knowledge Sharing: - Provide mentorship to junior developers and share knowledge with the broader team. - Stay updated on Salesforce platform updates, features, and industry best practices. - Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases for Salesforce projects. - Lead Salesforce development team in developing solutions through collaboration and discussion, within our teams and with clients. - Define and establish maintenance and administration processes and drive continuous improvement through them. - Identify areas of improvement in customer organizations. - Responsible for proactive and real-time technical advisory services. Qualifications Required: - Preferred certifications include Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Platform Developer I & II.
