Service Bodyshop Adviser

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers professionally and provide a warm, welcoming experience.
• Conduct initial vehicle inspections and understand the customer’s requirements.
• Prepare and provide accurate repair estimates and quotations.
• Coordinate with bodyshop technicians to ensure repairs are completed on time and to quality standards.
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding progress, delays, and completion of work.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and ensure resolution.
• Ensure all service documentation, records, and invoices are accurate and updated.
• Promote additional services or repair recommendations as appropriate.
• Collaborate with insurance companies for claim processing when required.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and brand image at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
