Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide

    remote 3rd-line support

    for IoT-based digital products.
  • Train and support

    regional/local service engineers

    worldwide.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues on

    embedded Linux systems

    .
  • Assist with the

    global rollout of digital products

    and customer field tests.
  • Capture and report

    quality issues, feedback, and customer complaints

    .
  • Maintain and improve the

    product knowledge base

    for efficient knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and maintain

    training materials

    for service and sales teams.
  • Support

    onboarding of customers and assets

    on the

    Digital Platform

    .
  • Work with cross-functional teams including

    product development, cloud software, and digital system engineering teams

    .
  • Travel internationally for field support (~30% travel expected).

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
  • Experience: Around 5 years in IoT product support or embedded systems support.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Linux-based embedded systems.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and fleet management systems.
  • Familiarity with mechatronic products (sensors, controllers, etc.).
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in B2B environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and in remote teams.
  • Open to international travel (up to 30%).
