As a Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a smooth workflow by keeping the Works Manager and Service Advisors updated on any delays or additional workload. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all customers" vehicles are completed and ready for delivery as per the promised time. You will be in charge of allocating bays and assigning Technicians to vehicles based on the job card requirements. It will be your duty to ensure that all tools and equipment are in proper working condition for each Mechanic and that the workshop floor is clean, orderly, and safe for all employees. In addition, you will need to coordinate the arrangement of special service tools as needed and oversee the delivery of spare parts to the bay by the Spare Parts Runner. Monitoring, recording, and identifying the causes of vehicle carryover will be essential to maintain efficiency in the workshop. Final inspections must be conducted according to set standards under your supervision. This role requires attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Position Overview: The Store Manager will be responsible for the overall management of the DAO EVTech dealership, including vehicle sales, after-sales service, team supervision, and ensuring a top-notch customer experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the local automobile market and excellent leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Run the assigned Store/s Profitable manner. Reporting & Compliance Submit daily/weekly sales and service reports to the regional office. Ensure adherence to all company policies and compliance with legal/regulatory requirements. Role & responsibilities Analyze salvage cars being sold on auction websites across the United States marketplace, and determine which cars are good candidates for LKQ to attempt to purchase Conduct a quick inventory on the vehicle so that algorithms can place a value on the vehicle Gain an understanding of what makes a car desirable to LKQ Learn which parts on a collision vehicle are good quality, and which are also damaged For the good parts on a vehicle, conduct a quick inventory by selecting correct part numbers Gain an understanding of analyst performance metrics, such as how many cars should be reviewed per day, how many cars should be won per day, and what the profitability of those cars should be Maintain product and part type knowledge of automotive aftermarket and OEM replacement products Basic Qualifications (Minimum Required Experience, Education, Knowledge/Skills/Abilities, Essential Physical Demands): Experience: Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in the Mechanical/Automobile field.
