Service Advisor(Honda Malappuram)

We are Hiring Service Advisors for our Honda 2 wheeler Showrooms in Malappuram.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Greet customers, listen to their concerns, explain services, costs, and timelines clearly.
• Service Coordination: Document issues, consult with mechanics, manage job cards, oversee workflow, and track repair progress.
• Estimates & Advising: Prepare cost estimates, explain warranty/savings, advise on parts (OEM/aftermarket), and help with repair vs. trade-in decisions.
• Quality & Follow-up: Ensure quality control, call customers when service is complete, and resolve complaints post-service.
• Upselling: Identify opportunities to sell relevant services or products.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Communication: Excellent verbal skills to talk to customers, mechanics, and management.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of bikes, repairs, and parts.
• Organizational Skills: To manage workflow and paperwork effectively.
• Customer Focus: A positive attitude and commitment to satisfaction.
• Diploma/Btech in Mechanical or Automobile

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
