Uniride Honda is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team in UNIRIDE HONDA PONNANI . This role is perfect for freshers who are eager to enter the automobile industry and develop their customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and listen to their service requirements for their two-wheelers.
Assist in the check-in process for vehicles needing repairs or maintenance.
Provide regular updates to customers on their vehicle's service status.
Help prepare service job cards, estimates, and documentation for customer approval.
Build strong relationships with customers by addressing any questions or concerns.
Collaborate with mechanics and technicians to ensure smooth service operations.

Requirements:

Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
Basic knowledge of automobiles (preferable but not mandatory).
Freshers are encouraged to apply; comprehensive training will be provided.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a busy environment.
