Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Receiving walk in vehicles / Booking vehicles
Understand customers service need and preparing Job cards as per standard Take trials of the
bike to understand customer concerns / complaints better or to diagnose the cause of the
problem
Look for opportunity to sell any value added products (Subscription/AMC etc.) available
Coordinate with Floor Supervisor to ensure vehicle readiness as per commitment.
Inform customer on vehicle readiness, jobs carried out and final cost
Explain the job done through failed parts & offer test ride if required Check and ensure all
customer concerns are resolved before delivery. Secondary Responsibilities
Intimate repair cost and time and take customers approval.
Inform on pending jobs (if so) or future jobs to be carried out on the vehicle •Hand over and
collect the instant feedback form from the customer
