Job Description

Service Advisor should be single window for the customer right from the receipt till the final delivery of the vehicle. Receipt of vehicle and Job Card Opening. Filling up of Free Service Coupons as applicable. Thorough understanding of customer queries and translating them on the Job Card. Delivery time and Cost Estimate to the customer. Follow-up and confirmation with Customer during the service for any additional repair and revised vehicle delivery time. Receipt of vehicle from the floor supervisor after service with complete repair details. Vehicle Performance check as per customer requirements. Intimation to customer for vehicle readiness status. Final Vehicle Delivery to the customer. Explanation of cost and repair details, future maintenance tips to the customer.
