Automotive Service Advisor Company: Innovative Motors Pvt Ltd (Honda Dealer) Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad Salary: (Fixed ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 + Incentives up to ₹5,000) About the Role We are hiring Automotive Service Advisors to assist customers with their vehicle service needs. This role is ideal for freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about automobiles, customer service, and technical coordination. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and receive vehicles for service. Open job cards and update customer details. Understand customer concerns and record them accurately. Provide service estimates and delivery timelines. Coordinate with workshop staff & monitor service progress. Update customers on additional repair needs, cost revisions & timelines. Ensure vehicle performance check post-service. Handover vehicles to customers with clear explanation of service work, cost, and future maintenance tips. Handle free service coupons where applicable. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and trust. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Minimum 12th Pass or above. Experience: Freshers can apply (automobile service knowledge preferred).
