Service Advisor - Car Service

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, assess service needs, and provide repair/maintenance recommendations.
• Communicate customer concerns to technicians and ensure proper diagnosis.
• Manage work orders, track service progress, and ensure on-time completion.
• Provide updates to customers and ensure post-service satisfaction.
• Upsell additional services and products when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of services and parts used.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive service, preferably with multi-brand knowledge.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly.
• A valid driver’s license.
