Job Title: Service Advisor (Male)

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with their service requirements.
• Understand customer complaints and document them accurately.
• Coordinate with the service team for vehicle servicing and repairs.
• Provide service estimates, timelines, and updates to customers.
• Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain proper service records and follow-up with customers for feedback.

Key Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic technical knowledge of 2-wheeler automobiles.
• Customer handling and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.

Eligibility:

• Male candidate only.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in a similar role (preferred in automobile sector).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
