Your focus will be on ensuring the profitability of Technical Service by monitoring cost allocation accuracy, reducing open costs, and issuing invoices on time. In this role, you will be expected to: - Manage technical administration for the Field Service Operations Area, handling various aspects such as service events, contracts, staff assignments, service engineers" overtime reports, claims, invoicing, and internal activities. - Ensure timely submission of reports by Service Engineers. - Maintain and enhance the quality of service reporting by engineers. - Minimize lead time for invoicing and strive to reduce open costs to zero. - Adhere to financial book closing deadlines and accurately capture all costs and revenue. - Train new Field Service Engineers on system usage, new processes, and release notes. - Utilize Tetra Pak systems, tools, and visual management techniques to streamline daily work, improve market results, generate reports, and achieve desired outcomes. - Identify and escalate issues to management while actively seeking solutions. - Share best practices and provide support to other members of the Service Administration Team. - Ensure market alignment with the OFSP Process at the APAC level and adhere to global standards.
