Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures. Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale. Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, system and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups. Ex: Zabbix, gray-log Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions. Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off-site as necessary. Provide Tier III/other support per request from various constituencies. Investigate and troubleshoot issues. Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies. Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative Tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary. Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required. Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment. Basic Knowledge of handling ticketing tools like OsTicket, and Zammad. Install and maintain all types of IP telephony Systems, Including adds, moves, and changes of installed telephone services(ex: Grand-stream) Good Knowledge of VoIP and sip. Working knowledge in any one open source VOIP solution Like Asterisk, Isabel, Vicibox. Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science. Systems Administrator/System Engineer with certification in Linux and Microsoft is an additional advantage. Retail & Remote Support: Provide remote IT support for retail branch operations. Maintain internal infrastructure components like routers, switches, printers, phones, and patch panels. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Experience with firewall devices and basic network security principles. Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments. Hands-on experience with dialer technology (Avaya, Genesys, etc.) is preferred. Familiarity with ITSM tools and service request/ticketing systems. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
