Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies. Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative Tools and utilities. Configure / add new services as necessary. Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required. Configure CPU, memory, and disk partitions as required. Maintain data center environmental and monitoring equipment. Basic Knowledge of handling ticketing tools like OsTicket, and Zammad. Install and maintain all types of IP telephony Systems, Including adds, moves, and changes of installed telephone services(ex: Grand-stream) Good Knowledge of VoIP and sip. Working knowledge in any one open source VOIP solution Like Asterisk, Isabel, Vicibox. Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree, with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science. Systems Administrator/System Engineer with certification in Linux and Microsoft is an additional advantage.
