You are a results-driven Mid-Market Sales Manager responsible for driving business growth in the Mumbai region for hardware, cyber security, storage, and server solutions. Your primary focus will be on developing new accounts, managing existing clients, and achieving sales targets through consultative selling and strong relationship management. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing sales strategies for mid-market customers, identifying and closing new business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to design customized solutions, negotiating pricing and contracts, and staying updated on market trends and competitor activities. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of proven experience in B2B technology sales, specifically in hardware, cyber security, storage, and server solutions. You must possess a strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, security frameworks, and storage/server architecture. Additionally, you should have an established network with mid-market and enterprise customers in Mumbai and surrounding regions, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent, with an MBA in Sales/Marketing being preferred.,
