Server-Side & DevOps Engineer (AWS Infrastructure)

We are hiring someone who can fully own our server-side operations, DevOps workflows, and AWS infrastructure management. You will handle everything from capacity planning to monitoring, deployment automation, performance tuning, and scaling support

What you'll handle

Manage AWS (EC2, RDS, ElastiCache, WAF, CloudFront, S3, VPC).

Prepare capacity statements and ensure the system can scale for peak event days.

Own CI/CD (CodePipeline), Docker, deployments, and environment stability.

Monitor performance, fix bottlenecks, optimize APIs, caching, and DB queries.

Set up alerts, logs, real-time monitoring, and incident response.

Ensure secure, cost-efficient, reliable architecture.

What we're looking for

Strong AWS + DevOps experience.

Solid Linux, Docker, CI/CD, Git skills.

Backend performance understanding (Python/Django is a plus).

Ability to handle pressure during live event operations.

Clear communicator and confident problem solver.
