GENERAL FUNCTION The System Administrator provides support and day to day IT operational delivery. Practical knowledge and experience with a broad range of infrastructure technologies and Internet facing environments. Examples including VMware, Nutanix, Windows Servers, Azure and AWS. Experience with AWS cloud and writing PowerShell scripts. Active directory, Exchange and Office 365 administration. Hands on experience with Service desk, ticket management, asset management and maintaining SOPs. Expertise in storage technologies, configuration and management. Experience in Enterprise-level software package integration and deployment. Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team environment. Strong understanding of DHCP, DNS and network technologies. SCCM and Patch management lifecycles.
