You should have complete knowledge in Linux administration with Dev Ops / Ansible as secondary skills. Experience in RedHat Linux upgradation or migration is required. Your technical proficiency and expertise should include but not be limited to the following: - Server Installation and maintenance, server upgradation and patches of all hardware, operating system, and operational utilities on RedHat Linux systems. - Monitoring, scheduling, and implementing server storage expansions as required for client needs. - Providing research, communicating, and implementing "Best Practices" for server tuning. You should have proficiency and expertise in Linux, including: - Knowledge of Linux LVM (Logical Volume Management). - Knowledge of RedHat Satellite Server (Build, Kickstart, Deploy). - Knowledge of CIFS and NFS. - Knowledge of Storage Area Networks and SAN. - Knowledge of RedHat Linux Networking and Bonding. You should be able to work with global resources to implement servers and resolve issues. Participation in on-call rotation is required. Strong customer interaction and communication skills are necessary. Adherence to documented, approved standards is essential. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating infrastructure requests to accommodate server requests. Coordinating and planning with other support groups and vendors to provide emergency and scheduled maintenance in an effective timeframe is part of the role. You will also be responsible for coordinating requested changes and minimizing the business impact of those changes. Understanding and following operational processes and policies is crucial.,
