The primary responsibility of an Infoscion is to actively support the consulting team throughout various project phases, such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. This includes exploring alternative solutions, conducting research through literature surveys, public domain information, vendor evaluations, etc., and building POCs. Additionally, creating requirement specifications from business needs, defining to-be processes, and developing detailed functional designs based on requirements are key aspects of the role. Infoscion is also expected to support in configuring solution requirements, identifying and resolving issues, diagnosing root causes of problems, seeking clarifications, and proposing suitable solution alternatives. Furthermore, contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives to deliver high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers is essential. The role requires individuals who can assist clients in navigating their digital transformation journey effectively. In terms of technical requirements, strong expertise in Process Configuration Management, Program Management, Technology Identity Management, Infrastructure Security, Server Administration, Network Firewall, and related areas is crucial. Proficiency in technologies such as Identity Management, Privileged User Management, Virtual Private Network, Firewall, Web Application Firewall, Active Directory, Palo Alto, and Windows Server Admin is highly desirable. Moreover, additional responsibilities include working closely with clients to identify business challenges, refining and structuring relevant data for client deliverables, staying updated on the latest technologies and trends, employing logical thinking and problem-solving skills, collaborating effectively, and suggesting technology solutions to enhance current processes. Domain knowledge in one or two industries is an added advantage. Preferred skills for the role include expertise in Program Management, Endpoint Management, Identity Management (Okta, CyberArk), Infrastructure Security (Zscaler ZPA, F5-Big IP ASM), and Server Administration (Windows).
